A forum and mentoring initiative that brings men and teen boys together with positive male role models, community leaders, clergy, law enforcement, coaches, and peers for candid conversations about responsibility, emotional intelligence, decision-making, leadership, relationships, and successful reentry. The program supports healthier choices and community-based efforts to reduce recidivism.

GEYM - Gentlemen Empowering Young Men

A mentoring program connecting boys with positive male mentors who can model accountability, leadership, character, communication, and healthy decision-making.

03 · School Mentoring

Escambia Charter School Mentoring Program

A youth mentoring initiative designed to strengthen confidence, leadership, academic readiness, social-emotional skills, and positive decision-making through consistent guidance and supportive adult relationships.

04 · WTOS

WTOS - Women Telling Our Story

A national forum for women from all walks of life to encourage one another through words of inspiration, personal testimony, shared wisdom, and practical instruction. WTOS creates space for women to be heard, strengthened, and connected.

05 · Survivor Support

Women & Survivor Support

Healing-centered programming for women and survivors of domestic violence, with emphasis on self-worth, emotional intelligence, boundaries, advocacy, healthy relationships, confidence, personal restoration, and access to supportive resources.

06 · Youth Leadership

Youth Leadership & Creative Development

Age-appropriate activities that help children and teens strengthen leadership, confidence, emotional intelligence, conflict-resolution skills, personal responsibility, academic readiness, creativity, and healthy peer relationships.

07 · Family Restoration

Family & Community Restoration

Family-centered education and community support addressing conflict resolution, budgeting, digital banking, emotional and intellectual intelligence, self-care, food insecurity, health and wellness, employment readiness, and practical survival skills.

08 · North Greenwood

North Greenwood Community Initiative

A place-based initiative serving children and families in North Greenwood through adult life-skills education and age-appropriate youth programming. Community activities may include graduation celebrations, confidence-building talent showcases, food and toiletry distributions, health fairs, job fairs, and family enrichment.

Restoration Center Vision

A long-term vision for a comprehensive community Restoration Center where A Will & Way, Inc. can bring its services together under one roof - creating a welcoming hub for education, mentoring, healing, family support, youth development, workshops, resource connections, and community partnerships.
